wineaux club: explorer, OCTOBER 2024
Wineaux’s selections for October 2024 include the enchanting regions of IGT in Tuscany, Italy (pictured), and Santa Barbara, California (shown below)
Happy Fall, Explorers!
For our October selections you’ll be whisked away in a glass to two of the most popular wine regions in the world.
First up is Italy's Indicazione Geografica Tipica (IGT), covering the entire region of Tuscany. Sesti is a storied viticulturist where the passionate wine making and bio-dynamically farmed natural harvests reign supreme.
Our selection from Margerum Estate of Santa Barbara, California offers us the bewitching and tantalizing flavors and notes of the Cinsault varietal.
Now belly-up and let the vino travels begin.
Cheers!

While helping out at neighboring estates Giuseppe Maria “Giugi” Sesti observed that simplicity and careful attention were the most important factors in producing great wines while chemical intervention skewed their delicate balance; so he was determined to make entirely natural, biodynamically grown wines right from the start.
