A 25% deposit is required to secure the event date and time. Final guest count, menu selections and remaining balance are due 72 hours prior to the event. Contracted food and beverage minimums remain applicable regardless of final guest count. 

Cancellations 14–30 days prior forfeit the deposit; cancellations within 14 days are responsible for 50% of the contracted F&B minimum, and cancellations within 72 hours are responsible for 100%. Event-day additions or extended service will be settled at the conclusion of the event. 

Deposits for cancellations made more than 30 days in advance may be applied once toward a rescheduled event within six months, subject to availability.

Guests are allowed to bring in only one (1) 750ml bottle of wine during a visit for a $35 corkage fee. No outside liquor is allowed. Guests can pre-order wines or liquor of their choice through Wineaux if it's not already available on current wine list selections.

Guests 21 and under are allowed at the lounge portion of the shop only. This may be on a case by case basis depending on what type of private event is being held.
