Filipa Pato - winegrower in Bairrada, graduated from the University of Coimbra as a Chemical Engineer. She refined her winemaker skills doing harvests in Bordeaux, France; Mendoza, Argentina and Margaret River, Australia. As well as with her father Luis Pato, the Baga rebel.

This educational tasting will be presented by Kirk Peterson, owner of Copa Fina NV, a local Las Vegas wine distributor.
